Refund and Returns Policy

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The stock adjustment policy assumes that the product has been maintained in a manner consistent with Huron product storage requirements

Failure to store products properly may make the product ineligible for a return for credit.

All items must be listed on current Huron industrial user price schedules or obsolete for no more than 90 days. To determine if a product is eligible for return for credit, contact Huron Industries Inc., customer service.

All product returns must be approved by the local Huron Sales Representative. All requests for stock adjustments must be made in writing to Huron Customer Service and must include the product item number, batch code, and reason for return.
 
A Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Huron Customer Service before making any returns.
 
Product returns must be made to the address on the RMA. Freight charges for the return will be at the expense of the customer.
 
Return of the standard price-listed product must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
 
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling charge.
 
Freight Charges, hazmat charges, certification charges, and handling charges are non-refundable.
If a portion of the shipment was consumed, a credit will be issued at the original invoice price, less 25% for the product returned, and the consumed portion will be invoiced at the appropriate quantity price.
 
Order in Error
A  customer may return products that were ordered in error subject to a 15% service charge. Freight Charges, hazmat charges, certification charges, and handling charges are non-refundable.
 
Special Products
Special products are ineligible for return. Specials are defined as “products requiring special labeling, containers, formulations, packaging, special production runs due to size, one-time single shipments made to a customer’s specifications.”
